Camera Setup
GoPro
My favorite GoPro mount is bolting a J-hook mount under the visor. Having it under the visor is a good angle and protects it more from getting broke off. I run a Hero 8 Black and carry 2 spare batteries.
Handheld Camera Setup
My handheld camera I use for most my videos is a Sony A7iii with a FE 4/24-105 G OSS lens. For sunny days I use a Freewell 2-5 stop ND filter and clowdy days I use a clear lense protecting UV filter. I carry in my backpack in a soft case.
This is an epic full frame camera choice for 24.2mp picture and 4K/30p video capability.
Tripod Long Lens Setup
The A7iii paired with a FE 4.5-5.6/100-400 GM OSS lens is a powerful combo with a large zoom range and excelent auto-focus capabilities to stay locked on a subject with great quality image. This is a heavy lens to mating it to a fluid head tripod you can get amazingly smooth shots in real time or slow motion.
Drone
The DJI Air 2S is a good choice for quality 4k drone photage. Obsticle avoidance works well and 20-30 mins of fly time on a batterie. I prefer the smart controller as its better in the cold than using a phone.
