2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding Florida, New York, and Rhode Island), the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Québec) who have reached the age of majority in their state or province/territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, representatives, and immediate family members of Ride Fast Company and its partners or sponsors are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

The giveaway begins November 4, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. MST and ends December 24, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. MST (“Promotion Period”). The winner will be selected and announced on the evening of December 24, 2025.

4. How to Enter

Automatic Entry: Every $5 USD spent on eligible products at RideFastCompany.com during the Promotion Period automatically earns one (1) entry. Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are excluded from entry calculations.

No Purchase Necessary: To enter without making a purchase, handprint your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email on a 3×5-inch postcard and mail to:

Each valid postcard equals one (1) entry. Postcards must be received by December 24, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. MST. Purchasing will not improve your odds of winning.

Entry Limits: There is no limit on the number of entries per person; however, automated, bulk, or third-party entries are strictly prohibited and will be void.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: A custom-built Ride Fast Company snowmobile, based on a 2023 Polaris Matryx 850 155 and upgraded with performance parts and components from leading partners and sponsors.

• Base Sled MSRP: $17,049
• Upgrades & Modifications: $10,258.72

The sled will be awarded as-is, fully built and in running condition at the time of delivery. No substitution, cash redemption, or transfer of prize is permitted.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential Canadian winners must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance to qualify (per Canadian contest law).

The winner will be announced publicly on or about December 24, 2025, via Ride Fast Company’s social media channels and/or email. The potential winner will have seven (7) days to respond and complete verification paperwork or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Prize Delivery / Pickup

The winner is responsible for taking possession of the sled. The prize must be picked up from Ride Fast Company’s location in Bigfork, Montana, or at another mutually agreed-upon location.

Kyle (Ride Fast Company) will be traveling throughout the winter for events, filming, and riding, and may be able to personally meet the winner for delivery depending on timing and location — however, no specific delivery dates or commitments can be guaranteed.

If a meet-up is not possible, pickup from the Ride Fast Company shop will be arranged at a mutually convenient time. Winner is responsible for any transportation, travel, or shipping costs associated with taking delivery of the sled.

Before delivery, winner must sign a Prize Acceptance & Media Release Form confirming eligibility and granting permission for Ride Fast Company to use winner’s name, photo, and likeness in future promotions.

8. Taxes and Fees

All applicable taxes, licensing, registration, customs duties, or import/export fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. U.S. winners will be required to complete a Form W-9 and may receive a Form 1099-MISC reporting the prize value.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s control compromise its integrity or proper operation. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent are void. All decisions by Sponsor are final and binding.

10. Publicity and Rights

By participating, entrants grant Ride Fast Company the right to use their name, likeness, voice, photos, and statements for promotional or advertising purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

11. Release of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Ride Fast Company, its partners, affiliates, officers, and employees from any and all liability arising from participation or acceptance of the prize, including injury, loss, or damage of any kind.

12. Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, or any other social media platform. By participating, entrants agree to release those platforms from all responsibility or liability related to this promotion.

13. Governing Law and Venue

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes arising under or related to this promotion will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Flathead County, Montana, USA.

14. Miscellaneous

Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Void where prohibited. If any provision of these Official Rules is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
